Exchange Policy
Customers have the opportunity to exchange products received from the Baguio Bounty rider if they notice
that the product is defective or rotten.
The following conditions apply:
- The customer has a maximum of 30 minutes from the time of delivery to request an exchange.
- To initiate an exchange, the customer must inform the rider immediately upon noticing the issue.
- The rider will inspect the product to determine if it is indeed defective or rotten.
- If the rider confirms the issue, the customer can proceed to request an exchange through the
system/website.
- Exchanges are subject to the rider's approval before the customer can formally request an exchange.
- After 30 minutes, exchange requests will not be accepted due to the perishable nature of the
products.
- The exchange will typically be processed the next day.
- The exchanged products can be of the same price or specification as the defective/rotten products.
- If the exchanged product has a higher price, the customer must pay the remaining balance, similar to
the process of returning products.
